About Zach

Zach Bale is an experienced Leadership Coach and C-Suite Executive with a track record of leading teams to achieve big results. Zach believes that a focus on people, performance and growth is key to any successful endeavor. Whether working to align a community behind a common goal, or coaching individuals to achieve their best, Zach is at home when inspiring others to perform to their full potential.

Zach completed his coaching training at the Institute for Transformational Leadership at Georgetown University. He holds his bachelor’s degree in Psychology,
Masters in Social Work (University of Utah), and Master in Business Administration (David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah).  He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Grounding his own leadership, Zach completed an Executive Development Program, at the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, with social sector leaders from across the United States.

The adventure for impact began in Honduras, serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer.  Following his time in Central America, Zach worked as a ski instructor helping kids nurture their inner courage and delight in the Wasatch Mountains in Utah

Big endeavors are always a team effort.  Notably, a few that Zach is proud to have been a part of:
— Volunteers of America’s Youth Resource Center, a project both aspirational in purpose and design.  Youth shouldn’t be on the street.  To that end, the YRC is a safe place to find support.
— Founding the Tour de Brewtah, a bicycle brewery tour for the greater good…in Salt Lake.  Yes.
— Transformation of the homeless services system and development of much needed affordable housing in Salt Lake County
